Conrad is a facial plastic cosmetic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (www.abfprs.org). He is also the first founding Member, past President and current Director of the Canadian Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (www.cafprs.com). In 1987, the University of Toronto established the Kris Conrad Merit Award in Facial Plastic Surgery. This monetary prize is given annually to exceptional young surgeons who have distinguished themselves by outstanding achievements in the field of research, and perseverance in attaining the highest level of expertise in the performance of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Conrad’s surgical results have secured him international recognition and popularity in Canada among celebrities from the political, financial, artistic and entertainment worlds.
